To create a 571 form for your client, you must first select or add a new client from the Client List window by choosing File - Client from the main menu.
When you add a client, the system automatically creates the first location for the new client, assigns the location the same address as the client, and opens a form for the location.
To add another location for a client, open the Location List window by clicking on the Locations button on the Client List window or choose File - Location from the main menu.
From the Location List window click on the Add button. A client can have more than one location and each location can have only one form.
