Forms571 is licensed for one year at a time and a new version of Forms571 is released annually. Each year we update the program to conform with the changes made by the state of California. This new version must be installed to bring your current program into compliance with any Business Property Tax Form 571 changes required by the state. The task of rolling forward data from the 571 forms you generated the prior year is handled automatically after you begin using the new release.
Toward the end of each year you will receive an invoice for the annual renewal. At the same time the new version will be available for download from our website. Upon receipt of payment we will send you a new license key either by email, fax or snail mail (your choice). If you also choose to purchase the optional CD-ROM it will begin shipping the first part of January.
