Renewal Licencing Options Upgrade
Most individual companies preparing their own business property tax
forms purchase the single (1) client license for only $49. This license
will allow one company to print 571 forms (either the L, F or A) for an
unlimited number of company locations as long as all
company locations use the same tax identification number. This
option will allow a single business to print forms for an unlimited number
of locations even though they are located in different counties.
However, if your company submits different forms, say a 571L for one
location and a 571F for another location then you will select the single
client license but choose 2 forms instead of 1 for a total of $69. The
cost for a single client license with the option of printing all 3 forms
is only $99. If your company has one or more locations that DO NOT
use the same tax identification number then you must choose either the 10
client or unlimited client license.
Most tax preparers purchase our standard package for $159 which allows
them to print 571L forms for an unlimited number of companies. Although
this license is network-ready and can be used by any number of individual
tax preparers on a shared network a tax preparation company may also
choose this option and load a full version on an unlimited number of
workstations regardless of whether or not the workstations are part of a
computer network. In other words, this license will allow you to load
copies on individual workstations or laptop computers and NOT share the
data if you so desire. The annual renewal for this package is only $89.
If your company prepares 571F and 571A forms for a number of companies
then you will choose the unlimited client option for $299, which prints all 3 forms the 571L,
the 571F and the 571A.
